Questions pilgrims often ask
How early should I book?
We suggest booking at least 6 to 8 weeks before travel, and earlier for Ramadan and school holidays, when flights and hotels near the Haram fill up first.
What documents do I need?
A passport valid for at least 6 months, recent photographs and a completed form. Women travelling without a mahram and some age groups have extra requirements, so message us and we will guide you.
Is the estimate the final price?
The planner gives a close estimate. Airfare and hotel rates change with dates, so we confirm the final price in writing before you pay anything.
Can I travel with elders or children?
Yes. Tell us in advance and we can arrange wheelchair assistance, hotels closer to the Haram and a slower schedule.
What is included in the package?
It depends on what you select in the planner. Flights, hotels, visa and transfers are the core. Ziyarat, meals, guide, insurance and SIM are optional extras.
Can I pay in instalments?
