Software & projects
Ready software is sold for a one-time price. Custom project scope, price and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.
Annual fee
Hosted software requires a yearly fee that covers hosting, maintenance, backend support and help. Services may be paused if the yearly fee is not paid on time.
Digital products
Paid AI products are delivered after payment verification via a secure, time-limited download link. Licences are for the buyer's own use and may not be resold.
Refunds
Because digital products and custom work cannot be returned, refunds are reviewed case by case. Contact us within 3 days of purchase if you face any issue.
